Location: Thessaloniki, Greece (Remote Position with Relocation Provided)

Work Hours: Monday - Sunday, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Salary: €1,300 gross per month
Bonus: Up to 10% Monthly Performance Bonus

Job Description:

Join our client dynamic team as a Danish Customer Service Representative for a leading entertainment streaming platform! As a representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting viewers with their account management, billing inquiries, and navigating both the site and application. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional support, troubleshooting system configurations, and delivering accurate, real-time responses to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist viewers via phone and chat with account management, billing issues, and basic navigation.
  • Provide support on software functionality, system configurations, and network settings.
  • Manage social media posts and emails related to account and technical issues.
  • Handle inbound calls/chats from existing and potential customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Adapt quickly to various communication channels, including phone, chat, social media, and email, based on business needs.
  • Utilize the English-based Client Knowledge Base effectively, as translations are not available.
  • Handle customer interactions from beginning to end with no tiered support system, ensuring a comprehensive service experience.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong written communication skills for chat and email.
  • Advanced PC knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to deliver customer-centric solutions smoothly.
  • Danish language proficiency at C2 level and English at C1 level are essential.
