German Customer Service Representative – Poland Warsaw

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Airbnb customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with booking stays and resolving issues related to their reservations.
- Respond to customer complaints, ensuring solutions are provided efficiently and courteously.
Contract Type:
- For candidates under 26 years old: Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenia).
- For all other candidates: Employment contract (umowa o pracę).
Working Hours:
- 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
- Anticipated work during 2 weekends per month.
Working Schedule Options:
- Half-time
- ¾-time
- Full-time
Work Mode:
- On-site
Language Requirements:
- English: B2 level acceptable
- German: C1 level preferred.
Compensation & Bonuses:
- Salary: 49 PLN per hour
- Bonuses:
- Retention bonus: Up to 1500 PLN every 6 months
- After 1 year of employment: 150 USD for Airbnb products
- Up to 5% performance bonus per month
