Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, supporting our client customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English.
- Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance for Harman audio equipment.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate and effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for further investigation.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Dutch (Native or near-native proficiency).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Must be able to work on-site in Seville, Spain.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual gross salary: €21,900 (paid in 12 installments), plus language bonus.
- 6-month contract with possibility of extension.
- Paid training (4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, starting 12/06/2025).
- Reimbursement of travel expenses up to €200 (certain conditions apply).
- 300 -400 euros/month will be included in the payroll during the first 3 months in Spain for housing
Schedule:
- 39 hours per week.
- Monday to Sunday (alternating weekends) from 10:00 to 18:00.
