Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via various channels (phone, email, chat) for brands in the fashion and tech industries.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• For content moderation roles: review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (verbal and written) & English on B2
• Education: Minimum of high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Work Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older with EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Availability: Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible working hours.
• Customer Service Mindset: Passion for helping customers with a positive attitude.
