Job Objective:

✅ Implement solutions for new clients.

Main Responsibilities:

✅ Collaborate with Solution Architects during the design phase of medium and high complexity implementation projects.

✅ Lead the design phase of solutions for low complexity projects.

✅ Guide the consulting team during the build, production preparation, Go Live, and stabilization phases. This responsibility includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing configuration tasks, training, and testing.

✅ Train and develop the consulting team under your supervision.

✅ Collaborate with Project Managers in project governance (monitoring and controlling progress, change management, problem resolution, etc.).

✅ Contribute to the improvement of methodologies, processes, and project management tools.

During the first 6 to 9 months, the focus will be on learning the application/software through on-the-job training. You will be assigned projects alongside Senior Consultants or more experienced Architects in the company.

Mandatory Requirements:

✅ University graduates in IT fields (exceptionally in business such as Industrial Engineering or a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with technical knowledge).

✅ Experience in implementing management software (TMS, WMS, ERP), preferably in IT solutions for logistics and operations in medium or small companies. Minimum required experience is:

• Consultant: 3 years
• Semi-Senior Consultant: 4-5 years
• Senior Consultant: 6 years

For Senior Consultants, an additional requirement is:

• Minimum of 2 years leading teams in management software implementation projects (TMS, WMS, ERP).

Desirable Knowledge:

✅ Experience in Supply Chain:

• Having managed Transportation & Distribution processes (client side).
• Having led logistics consulting projects in Transportation & Distribution areas (consultancy side).

✅ Experience in regional projects. 

✅ Experience in software development. 

✅ Advanced English. 

✅ Knowledge of JIRA or similar tools.
