About the Role:
We are looking for an ERP Specialist to oversee, code, and maintain the company’s internal ERP system. The successful candidate will serve as the subject-matter expert on ERP and data-related topics, collaborating with employees, managers, and external providers as necessary. This role involves hands-on development, customization, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement of the ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the internal ERP system.
• Develop and customize ERP solutions to improve efficiency and functionality.
• Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of the current ERP system; participate in code reviews.
• Act as the main point of communication for ERP-related inquiries and collaborate with employees and stakeholders effectively.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation and use of the ERP system.
• Contribute to the transition to a more advanced ERP solution in the future (potentially SAP or Oracle).
• Document procedures and provide training to other staff members as needed.
• Develop dashboards and engage in data analysis as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in developing (coding) ERP systems, specifically with Axapta or MSDynamics (or prior experience with Axapta).
• Proficiency in coding (Any programming language; C/C++, C#, or Python preferred).
• Experience with web technologies (e.g., .Net or other frameworks) and databases, with proficiency in SQL.
• At least 2 years in IT roles such as ERP specialist, consultant, junior consultant, IT specialist, or technical support.
• Basic knowledge of Dutch (minimum A2 level, and should be actively learning).
• Good working proficiency in English.
• Experience in non-IT companies is preferred due to the ongoing maintenance and architecture understanding required.

Salary:
Up to €8000 - €10,000 gross monthly.

Work Schedule:
Hybrid work model: Employee must be in the office once a week after the onboarding period. During the onboarding period, more frequent office presence may be required. Must be located within a two-hour drive from Eibergen.
