About the Role:

We are looking for an ERP Specialist to oversee, code, and maintain the company’s internal ERP system. The successful candidate will serve as the subject-matter expert on ERP and data-related topics, collaborating with employees, managers, and external providers as necessary. This role involves hands-on development, customization, and continuous enhancement of the ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the internal ERP system.
• Develop and customize ERP solutions to improve efficiency and functionality.
• Act as the main point of communication for ERP-related inquiries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation and use of the ERP system.
• Contribute to the transition to a more advanced ERP solution in the future (potentially SAP or Oracle).
• Document procedures and provide training to other staff members as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1.5 - 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in coding (Any programming language; C/C++, C#, or Python preferred).
• Experience with web technologies (e.g., .Net or other frameworks) and databases.
• At least 2 years in IT roles such as ERP specialist, consultant, junior consultant, IT specialist, or technical support.
• Basic knowledge of Dutch (minimum A2 level, and should be actively learning).
• Good working proficiency in English.

Salary:
Up to €5,500 gross monthly.
