Job Overview:
As a Danish Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance for an entertainment streaming platform. You will resolve enquiries related to accounts, billing and product usage, troubleshoot basic technical issues and ensure a smooth, positive experience for users.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support via phone, chat and email in Danish.
Assist customers with account management, billing enquiries and basic navigation of the platform and applications.
Troubleshoot software functionality, system configurations and network-related issues within scope.
Manage social media messages and email enquiries related to account and technical issues when required.
Document customer interactions and manage support tickets using the company’s systems and knowledge base.
Work end-to-end on customer interactions with no tiered support handover for assigned cases.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and contribute to process improvements.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, updates and company policies; participate in training and continuous development.
Requirements:
Language proficiency: Danish (C2) and English (C1).
Previous experience in customer service, technical support or related roles is preferred; junior candidates with0–3 years’ experience are welcome.
Strong written communication skills for chat and email and excellent verbal skills for phone support.
Advanced PC skills and ability to work with online knowledge bases and CRM/ticketing systems (English-based KB available).
Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain a customer-focused attitude under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
Minimum age:18 years.
Working Hours & Location:
Hybrid position in Athens, Greece with remote training available. Shift patterns may include evenings and weekends depending on business needs. Training from home will be provided prior to on-site work as required by the client.
