Job Type: German Account Manager (On-site)
Contract Type: Indefinido
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: €21,000 annually with additional benefits totaling €3,000
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on growth and long-term retention.
- Identify and address client needs, selling appropriate services to enhance customer engagement.
- Proactively manage a sales pipeline to achieve and surpass growth targets.
- Explore new business opportunities through various sources, including client referrals and related companies.
- Ensure delivery of premium value aligned with client goals for a positive experience and advocacy.
- Understand client challenges and opportunities to enhance relationships.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Native-level German and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working in or with the German market.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach and a focus on exceeding targets.
- Creative thinker with a challenger mindset for identifying new business prospects.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients at different sales stages.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to optimize performance.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, especially with senior executives.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and drive business growth.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to innovate.
