Job Overview:
As a Customer Support / Technical Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, delivering high-quality customer service and technical assistance. Your role will involve responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for users across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support via email, phone and chat in Spanish.
Assist customers with product, account and billing enquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through solutions or escalate when necessary.
Document customer interactions and manage support tickets using the company’s systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and to improve service processes.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, updates and company policies.
Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development programmes.
Requirements:
Language proficiency: Spanish (C2) and English (B2–C1).
Previous experience in customer service, technical support or related roles is preferred; junior candidates with0–3 years’ experience are welcome.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and good professional English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
Minimum age:18 years.
