Job Title: Travel Agent (Danish-speaking)

Location: On-site, Malaga, Spain (OBA Malaga)

Contract Type: Indefinite, Full-time

Shift Details: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary: Starting at €20,400 annually + €2,400 performance bonus

Overview:

Join our team in Malaga as a Danish-speaking Travel Agent. Be the first point of contact and ensure a positive customer experience by assisting with inquiries about travel arrangements and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and empathetic customer service via phone and email.
• Assist with various customer requests such as updating contact information and processing orders.
• Conduct research to understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Ensure first call resolution whenever possible and follow up on unresolved cases.
• Maintain overall customer satisfaction by delivering seamless service.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Danish (C1 level, spoken and written) and proficient in English (B2 level).
• Excellent communication, listening, and written skills.
• Passion for travel and the ability to provide consultative solutions.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Experience with ISP tools, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications.
• Previous travel industry experience preferred, with a high school degree required.
