Your Typical Day:

As a customer care agent, you will be the face of the company to the consumers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Addressing consumer complaints and providing helpful information.
• Engaging in conversations on social media.
• Utilizing active listening and conversational leadership skills to understand consumer issues accurately.
• Ensuring additional attention is given to sensitive contacts and cases.
• Developing expertise in the product portfolio and consumer expectations.
• Being proactive in sharing ideas and contributing to the overall improvement of service quality.

Requirements:

• Empathy and the ability to perceive, detect, and manage emotions.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
• Work experience in a customer experience center (advantageous).
• Proficient typing and computer skills (MS Office applications).
• Organized with decision-making and analytical skills.
• A team player with a great attitude.
• High school education.
