Your Role:

As a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and processing support requests effectively.
• Analyzing system logs to identify and resolve issues.
• Conducting remote troubleshooting to resolve customer problems.
• Providing top-tier technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving.

What We Need From You:

• Proficiency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• A customer-focused, proactive attitude and a great team player.
• Knowledge of networking and Linux.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
